I can turn it on but nothing is displayed on the screen. It's just black. I can hear the fans and a yellow light turns on but that's it. Can you help me?

You can try hitting Fn and F7 a few times, wait a few seconds after each try, that cycles through the internal/external monitor settings.

What u can do is, plus a graphic cable to ur laptop from a external moniter,and it it is still blank, theres a high possibility that ur motherboard isnt working. Cuz if ur harddisk is having a problem, it'll show something on the scree. but since its blank as u said, im definatly sure ur motherboard has a problem. I hope this info helps. Cheers!.

Sounds to me alike a broken on board connected internally, time to get that computer to a repair shop in the area.
