well i know of a few?

if you're looking for music videos, you can try mtv.com (depending on the type of music you like, too) theres a section with music videos on there. you can't save a playlist of your choice on this site, but theres a wide range of music videos.

theres also purevolume.com, which has a lot of rock genre new bands. if you want to make a playlist to save, you have to create an account, though.

and theres the site i like to use, radioblogclub.com, which has a lot of different artists and songs. you can listen to the songs or set up a playlist by signing up.

hope that helps [=

Sign up for a free Napster account. If they have the whole song you can listen to it 3 times or so. Otherwise download Limewire and download the song you want.

um...Yahoo Music Videos, they dont have a lot but I know that they have some. Bearshare and Limewire are others and if that doesn't help then look around at Yahoo Answers!, they have a lot of question releating to this.Enjoy!
