So, we have this game. The playing area has a goal on each end and the object of the game is to put an object into one goal, while preventing your opponents from putting it in the other goal.
This decribes not only soccer, but football, basketball and hockey. The difference with soccer is, that is about all there is to it. Just that the object is a ball, and you can only touch it with your feet or your head. I like sports where you use your head to think, not to hit the ball.
I saw a video once of elephants playing soccer. How dumb is a sport if you can train animals to play it?

Of course soccer is terrible, because that's what Americans play. Now football (what everyone else plays) that's not stupid at all. In fact I don't even think you can technically call a "sport" stupid seeing as it is a game, is not alive, and therefore has no level of intelligence. You might need to build up your vocabulary a bit before you start attempting to poke fun at the most beloved sport in the world.
