The Americans are destroying the Haitian economy , by donating cheap American Rice , the Result Haitian farmers cannot compete , so they stop producing .

No just conflicted. You gota remember that about 300 years ago Iraq was the centre of the cultural world. The best doctors and scholars lived and studied their. Look at it know. All countries go through periods of success, wealth and conflict its inevitable.

No its Somalia it hasnt had a functional government in more then a decade. They live by Islamic laws.
