not allowed to touch or posses firearms.now i only want serious answers.none of that your a felon you cant bullcrap.ok.seriously.now i was told by my probation officer that i could once again be allowed to own guns.buy,touch,possess use etc.now my g/f mom is a lawyer.she told me if i took this to court.such as my 2nd ammendment rights a trampled by this.she says we could play in the gray area and get away with it.now i live in pa.if i join the military and get out would i be allowed to posses guns.or is there any other way i should no about?someone please help me.

Ok. I don't know what kind of lawyer she is but she gave you some very bad advice.
Contact the Attorney General in the state where you were convicted. and ask the procedure for restoring your rights. The fact that you were convicted as a juvie, the whole thing may have gone away when you turned 18
Facts ....if you were convicted as an adult ...1... You cannot serve in the military. 2. Having possession of , access to, or being in a place where they are stored, attempting to purchase are all Federal felonies can you say 10 -25 yrs . no probation!
You want everything in writing on State stationary. The Justice
department has an ongoing program to jail as many" Felons in possession. as possible. Cross all the t and dot all the eyes. If necessary Buy a good bow and arrows
P.S. the Feds have a99+% conviction rate on this one
