in the manual there is a section on how to drive a car how do you get into the car and use one?

well i have some bad news... you cannot drive a car :( BUT... you can drive a go-cart and a motor scooter. You can get the scooter at the circus prize tent and you can get teh go-cart by completing all of the go-cart races at the circus and around town. so yeah... i think the manual was referring to the driving of motorized vehicles like the two i just described. the go-cart is fun though... it gets you around town faster than anything else in the game. ok well i hope you have fun... it is an amazing game. no i have the game theres nothingof that sort in the manual and ive completed 100% of the game the farthest you can go is drivein a go-cart on the street

I have been asking the same question!
I believe you'll get a license or something if you finish the classes in the workshop (you know, the greaser's part of school).
If not, try collecting all rubber bands or anything to get 100% of the game complete.
