They roll a lot better now that their debit cards. It was were a person could sell them for fifty cents on the dollar.the store down the street went out of business after he couldn't buy peoples stamps for cheap.People need those food allotments.or they wouldn't be given to them,the government needs to help poor people even more then they do now,not take half our taxes going to the military.when those taxes SHOULD be going to help the poeple of this country, get some homeless old people off the streets for instance.thats my 2 cents worth.

im prtty sure food stamps are more like debit cards than a roll of stamps, so nowsdays they dont really roll anywhere. but i guess back then when they made them like actual stamps, they would roll as far as they could until sumthin got in the way.
