no it isn't ok the minimum amount of time that a human should sleep is 8 hours. You currently are getting 7 hours of sleep. All that you have to do is try to go to bed at 2 o'clock in the morning instead of 3 o'clock. Or you could countinue to go to bed at 3 o'clock in the morning and wake up at 11 o'clock . Which ever one you want. Just try to get one more hour of sleep into your schedule. Trust me you will feel so much more refreashed when you wake up in the morning.

Some people cant function on 6hrs of sleep perfectly fine while other may need 8 hrs of sleep (although the recommended amount is 8hrs). As for the time of say you are sleeping, it doesnt matter as long as you are still getting your sleep.

It be good if you went to bed earlier. If you went to bed at 11am and woke up at 10am, den that would be perfect
