Good study abroad programs?

Question

I am 21 years of age, a college student at a community college. I was wondering if there were any good study abroad programs for going to France.(Yes I am studying French.) I live in Central california, so I'm looking for a regional program, statewide or national. Links would be helpful thanks.

if you want to learn french dont limit yourself to france. there's also Belgium and Switzerland. Swiss schools are cheap for international students such as $2-3,000 usd per semester.
