Well, Colombia is formed by regions. and every region has a diferente culture and background than the others.

Atlantic cost: You'll find Italians, Arabs, Germans, Indians and Blacks

Pacific Region "Choco" You'll find a lot of slaves descendent "afro-colombian".

Paisa Region: 80% of the population there are european immigrants that came in the 16th and 17th century from Extremaura, Andalucia and Basques "northern Spain and Southwestern France" The paisa region has the whitest people in colombia and their DNA are more isolated than the french Canadian DNA.

It's very normal to be blonde haired and blue eyed in Colombia. But it depends where you're going to.

I'm from the paisa region Most of the people in the USA think i'm white and they find it weird that I'm a hispanic cause I dont look like an Indian Mexican.

There are blond and blue-eyed people in all Latin American countries. In Colombia too. Latin America was settled by Europeans, some of them mixed with the natives or with the blacks, but many kept the race relatively unmixed.

Unlike people are saying above, Colombia received almost none German immigration. The German immigration in Latin America was mainly in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and in a lesser degree: Guatemala and Mexico. By the way, they have nothing to do with the nazis. The German that came to Latin America came before the II World War. The nazis that came to South America were only a few important figures of the regime.

Colombian whites are almost all of them descendants of Spanish. And some Spanish have blond hair and blue eyes, of course.

Will you fit in Colombia? I don't know. But it has more to do with hair-style and dress-style that with race. Here in Brazil I can detect foreigners mainly because of the hair-style and dress-style, not because of the phenotype.

PS (about your other question): Gisele Bundchen is not hispanic, because hispanics are only for the countries that speak Spanish. In Brazil we speak Portuguese. But she's a latina, cause Brazil is a Latin American country (Portuguese is a latin language).

Charlize Theron, the tall blonde, blue eyed model turned actress is from Africa. There are different types of people all over the world, don't worry about fitting in. You have limbs, a head, and so on...that's plenty good enough

No, why would it be weird? South American countries were settled/invaded by Europeans just like all the other "New World" territories where. In some South American countries the European minorities are the elite class because of their economic force and racist attitudes toward the Native, African, and mixed peoples of South American.

If he is of German descent it is very possible. There was a lot of German colonization in South America, after the second world war.
