How do I get a job?!?!?! HELP!?

I've been having problems with getting a job. I've been looking on the internet, newspaper and going to employment agencies. I haven't gotten any work yet. Is there anything else that I can do to get a job? I'm willing to do ANYTHING! Any information would help........

Network. All you are doing is applying. Most jobs you get by knowing someone who knows someone.

Get your resume together and email it to EVERY SINGLE PERSON YOU KNOW. Ask them for advice on how to make it better, if you aren't getting calls from it, there is two reasons. One - you are in a job depressed area or Two - you have very bad formatting and spelling/grammatical errors.

When you get the advice back, fix it and resend to the previous listing asking them to please pass it along to any hiring manager they know. Or even anyone who knows anyone.

Go to your local chamber of commerce meeting, and hand out your resume. Sometimes business owners are more motivated by that type of persistence than just mailing and emailing from home.

These are all things that I have done, and I've only had one or two jobs in my life where I actually applied, everything else was referral.

when i was in this same situation a bout 10 years ago, i went to bartending school. it was the best thing I've done with regards to career path. people always drink. no matter whats going on in the world. job security at its best. then get a hotel job so you can relax and get paid around 20 bucks an hour plus tips.

hi u have to first decide what skill u have. in which sector u want to go. then seach job related to that. u wil got. like if u know typing and computer skill u send u resume to any website and local agensies with contact number. they will call u.
