Where Does Doctor.Breen Go After Half Life2?

In the end of half life 2 Dr.Breen is pleding Gordan Freeman to not destroy the portal. Doctor.Breen was in the teleportor a few levels lower and was waiting to be sent to "another universe"as said by him.
Gordan Freeman destroys the portal blowing it up. Does Dr.Breen die?? Another occasion of Breen's appearance was during a video recording of a conversation made during Half-Life 2, where he mentions being transferred into a "host body". In the same scene, what seems to be a Combine Advisor in a pod (with the serial number 314 URB-LOC 0017) is moved into a launching tube, where it begins a psychic attack against Gordon Freeman and Alyx Vance. This apparently unprovoked hostility, and the earlier video clip, seems to hint that the observed creature is none other than Dr. Breen in a new host body.

i in my view like the belief in the back of a million/2 existence and, of direction, a million/2 existence 2... basically, i can't play it because of fact the photographs and action interior the activity provides me a migraine for some reason. unusual... So yeah, interior the honour that the activity actually makes me bodily unwell, it kinda stinks.
