You can't force anyone to participate, accept, or follow any religious practices that they do not willingly choose to do. And they could sue you for emotional and mental anguish claiming punitive damages if their religion is contrast to whatever you are trying to enforce on them. Why not just ask if anyone is interesting in joining you for a short prayer in a private room? That way you might get a small group participating and any others can join if they feel the urge to do so.

Different people have different religions. If you want prayer, try a moment of silence. That way each person can say their own prayer and not feel uncomfortable. I think that would be the most respectful thing you as their employer could do. Best wishes to you.

No you are not! But they can sue your butt off if you try. Do you intend to force non religious people to worship? Or people of another faith to worship your?

This would be a lawyer's dream.

NO! it's in the constitution, the FIRST amendment right for freedom of religion in the workplace. if you're worknig with people you have to keep your own religious views to yourself. also, i noticed the person said "why hire non-believers" THAT is ALSO illegal. that is what we call discrimination in america. and we have something called EQUAL RIGHTS in america. which means, you can't hire or not hire someone because of their race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or height.
