My book is about a vampire that was born not made. The myth is that the vampires who make this offspring are the Queen and escort of the Queen over all the dark creatures. I need help creating the political side of this monarchy. Any suggestions??

What about these suggestions? The vampire monarchy would rule over not just other vampires but also humans, who would be a second class in the vampires' territory. The vampire population needs bodyguards to protect them while they sleep during the day. A member of the monarchy assasinates the Queen by imprisoning her in a room where the windows are opened to daylight, an he usurps the throne.

The politics of your vampire monarchy might pit born vampires against made vampires. The difference could be a political divide that powers the plot. Good luck. Sounds interesting.

I would use what we have knowledge of. If the mother were a queen, then the child would be the heir apparant, and a prince or princess.
I would have it as a monarchy/dictatorship, and only overruled by strength OR the family rules as King/Queen and heir apparant.

Watch the movies Underworld and Underworld Evolution. These movies are about Vampires and Werewolves. The movies shows the Vampiric hierarchy pretty well. Make sure to watch them in order though.
