VXD is a registry error...
"Blue screen" happens when a major driver change is made. Like if you change chipsets, or drive controllers. Your error looks like a registry error. Look at this page, there's a few links to programs that might fix it.

If you've done any hardware changes you MUST undo them, install all drivers before you put hardware in.

Another option is try to run the automated system recovery.

P.S. have you tried booting up in safe mode? (Hold F8 when the computer is starting up) If you can do that, you can change drivers, run diagnostics software etc... to help solve your problem.

Easy way to fix this. Unplug your computer. Take the cover off you computer. Touch the metal on the case to get rid of static electricity. Pull the ram, then find the cmos battery (it looks like a watch battery) and pull it. Wait a second, put everything back and turn on you computer. If you know how, don't let windows start, go to command promp and run scan disk (ex: C:\scndsk). That will reset the bios, and repair any corrupt file that could cause start up problems.

The Blue Screen of Death affects all Windows computers. It happens when Windows goes to an error, and can't recover from it. If it keeps coming back, update your hardware drivers by going to Windows Updates
