Part one: YES!!! LIVING IT NOW!!!
Part two: Your belly itches b/c the skin is being stretched (and it can happen whether you develop stretch marks or not it is still growing to accomodate the baby). I never had it so bad that it really made me crazy but ask your doc what to put on to relieve it.

I know the elbow issue hurts at time but be greatly that the baby is alive and well while inside the womb. Avon has a product that is called Skin So Soft. Its a type of oil that you are suppose to use while bathing but try using it after you shower while your skin is still moist. Itchy bellies are the worst but that's pregnancy lol. Also try baby oil right after a shower as well or vitamin E oil. Some say that is good as well. Good luck!

Yes the baby hurting you is normal infact my son loved to use my ribs as monkey bars (or so it felt) and my kidnees as punching bags. That will get worse closer to the end as well because baby runs out of room in there to be nice as for the ichy tummy I don't remember that problem happening to me so I am no help there try coco butter for streach marks it may help. Good Luck

My wife had the same things happen.
The pushing out will hurt at times especially as you get closer to your due date and the baby gets bigger.
Secondly... I don't know about the itching. I think my wife had similar issues, but I don't remember what she did for it.
Call your OB and ask him/her. That's what they're there for... among many other important things.
