I would have to say Sprint in the Sky. --can't think of any others right now. Bluedevil's answer up above there reminded me of it.
It's hard to think of one off the top of my head --when I hear one on the radio then I think--oh yeah that was the only good song that person/group recorded.
I guess that's why it's also hard to remember who sang those one-hitters since that's all you usually hear of them. --unless they end up on some VH-1 special on TV.
