easy once upon a time they were told to do these things. But now our earths population is shooting past 6 billion and keeps setting new highs. Men wont stay away from women, they have needs unless women get an make yourself undesirabel to men, training, coupled with the grrrl power, but still satisfy him sexually and put out. Throw in the mix the divorce laws and you have yourself the recipy to reduce population in a much cleaner way than Stalin and Mao did.
