Small town of about 16,000 people, there is a large 10,000 sq foot brick building, up and down stairs 3 bathrooms. There are large windows in the front. Very limited parking though. Well my mother and father opend a small resturant and they made good money and if its in a busy area turn the whole downstairs into a resturant and have like a bar and a seating aera and have it where you can book for parties and etc.......

for small town u build coffe *** resturent *** cyber cafe in ur town. this will take 6-8 working force u can maximum utalize and make ur business. u have to plan. most probably it require 1000 sqft space. u can make good business after this setup.

Young people need something to entertain them , especially in a small town. Something to do will help keep them off drugs.
