i was wondering what tests i could do with a hamster for grade 11 biology,, i can use my brothers hamter and i dont want to kill or harm it so do you know any tests!!

Set up his water bottle so that every time he gets a drink, he gets an electrical shock. Then report the results of what is the stronger drive; thirst, or aversion to pain...I would like to know...so be sure to report back.

You could repeat pavlovian experiments. He used a dog and would ring a bell everytime he fed it. The dog would come everytime the bell was heard even if there was no food. Feed your hamster pelletsas you ring a bell or play music. This project wouldbe under the category : Response and Stimulus

you could test to see how the behavioral traits are affected when you put the hamster in different locattions or habitats
so like in the light or out
or with other animals, such as other hamsters, birds, or rodents
