Where does Strawberries get popular in the Sunshine state?

Well, you see, florida has the strawberry festival because its one of those states that can grow strawberries good, and other states like Louisiana and Tennessee have strawberry festivals to. The reason Florida doesn't have they orange festival is because the Florida state fair has a lot of oranges in it anyways.

There is a Citrus Festival in Winter Haven, FL every Year.!
As to the Strawberries. Plant City Florida is the WINTERtime capital for Strawberries where the best Strawberries in the World are grown. Where else can you get fresh strawberries in the winter beside Florida to match these. :)

There are orange festivals but Plant City has a HUGE strawberry festival because the main crop grown there is strawberries- it is a lot of fun if you ever get to go.

The same reason there is a Sweet Corn Festival. hehe.. Hernando County has a bunch of Blueberrie Farms.. Maybe they should do a Blueberry festival.
