how do i figure out the size of my baseball cap?

im trying to buy a cap on ebay. the existing cap i have reads a big "7" then 56cm...

but on ebay the caps read 7 1/2 or 7 3/8 is another example ...well what size is my cap?

your size is 7 inches it it has a "7" on it. just loop a sting around you head, on the same part that you would wear your hat, then measure it on a measuring tape to get you hat size.
