Take someone who you trust, that is responsible and mature, with you when you tell them. That way if you get upset or have a hard time speaking about it, your trusted friend can help you out. I would recommend a brother/sister that is older... or an adult that you are close with and trust. Someone who has perhaps gone through a similar situation.
I applaud the fact that you say abortion is not an option. Abortion should never be an option. But just make sure that you take this motherhood issue very seriously. Start taking the necessary steps to prepare yourself to be a good parent & responsible caregiver to the child. I've been there (though I'm not a woman), and it's hard to raise a child when you are so young... even when you have a loving partner to raise the child with. But you can do it... and those that love you will help you... but the first steps are always honesty, then responsibility.

Before you cause any panic, go out and buy a pregnancy test. There are some early detection ones if you haven't missed a period yet. Take it first thing in the morning when you urinate because pregnancy hormones are highest then. If you are pregnant, tell your fiance first. Let him break the news to his parents as he probably knows them better than you. With your grandma, just be upfront and bluntly tell her so you don't stress her out more than is necessary. Good luck and I hope your grandma gets well!

Make sure you really are pregnant. You said you THINK you are pregnant.
If your period is late, it might be that you are stressing about this to much. Just take a pregnancy test. If you ARE pregnant, you have to tell your fiance first.
Then let him tell his parents. And you can tell your grandmother.
Im also 19 and pregnant. I had to tell my mother. I was 18 wen i got pregnant. I also lived about 5 hours away from her at the time. It was really hard. You just have to be strong.
Good luck.

It is a great thing to take care of your grandmother in this time my mother just survived breadt cancer recently. My answer to this is that you fiance should be working right now, especially if you are pregnant. Dont tell anyone unless you know for sure. Not a lot of places will hire you but try a daycare. this will give you a feel of children. You need to get your $ situation in gear before this baby is born though b/c it is aot to handle.

First you need to confirm that you are pregnant. There is no need getting everyone excited for no reason. Next you need to speak to the father of your child, he deserves to be the first to know, and decide with him how you are going to tell everyone and what you are going to do from there, he should be involved being the childs father. You need to figure out how this is going to affect her and how you are able to care for her, obviously it will, and lay out your plans when you talk to her if you end up being pregnant, cause hon, your child always should come first. The sooner you tell her the more time she will have to prepare. Congrats if you are preggo, kids are a blessing

Well first find out for sure. Get a cheap test when you are late or go to planned parenthood. You are a grown woman and are engaged so you will be fine. I am sure everyone will be happy for you. I am 22 and 37 wks pregnant, and I got pregnant with my first at 19 and had him at 21. Its not bad just find out and tell everyone and enjoy.

first you need to find if you really are pregnant. then discuss with your fiance how to break the news to his parents. as far as your grandmother, she will probably understand more than you think. just keep and open mind and youll figure out the best way to tell her. good luck

Just tell them, it's easier if you don't sit and think about it too much. I'm glad abortion is not an option, that shows maturity on your behalf. Everything will work out, good luck.

Get a pregnancy test first, just to make sure.
Then just tell them. There's no other way to do it.
If abortion or adoption are not options for you, try to make this a positive experience. Lots of us get pregnant when we don't intend to, and most of us do just fine. :)
