Explain the difference between direct and indirrect discrimination.?

Direct would be to your face, or to another persons face that would be verifiable in court.

Indirect would be harder to prove. It's more circumstantial, and more than one or two people would have to have similar experiences to prove it.

To me,when you show a discriminatory attitude toward a specific individual-direct; and when you make a general statement about certain group of people say stereotype-indirect.
