I don't know,I'm in the nursing field and I work with alot of older ppl daily.I'm 31 and we have some nurses that range from 21 to 62 yrs of age.I notice when I come in the older nurses are doing they're med pass still at 11:30 I work 11p-7a and the younger nurses are ready to give me report b4 I can even get the my coat off and lock my purse up in the med room.Sometimes it pisses me off because I be like give me a min. and they be like girl I'm ready to go ppl been falling all day and you have 2 new admits and so on and so on without even telling me if they can stand or if they can talk etc.........,now the older nurses they're much laid back and give me report in details.So I would have to say it pisses me off sometimes,and then at other times I'm able to go with the flow.
