Not looking for Pleasure Island or any of the Countries in the World Showcase. Just a good spot to get a real drink that is not too crowded.

We stay at the Grand Floridian hotel in Disney and they have a bar - you don't have to be staying there to go, we met friends that live in Orlando there, nice bar, and we were the only ones there for a couple hours, I don't think it even has a name, it's located in the main building though, up on the second floor, with views of the Lake, nice and quiet.
Outside of Epcot, walking towards the Swan & Dolphin hotels is what's called Disney's Boardwalk - there are some places with bars here - the ESPN club or Big River Grill & Brewing Works. These spots were pretty busy, but nice.
Every fine restaurant at our hotel served drinks as well, I can't remember if I saw a bar though. We had drinks at a bar in the Contemporary Hotel as well, on the top floor, great views, and Very crowded.

Those are the only places to get alcohol at Disney World. It's supposed to be a kid's theme park, it's not about the bars.
