What happend to the PS3 29 GIG the 500$ version?

they sold more 60GBs to stores so that they could make more money and increase demand. So far it's losing sales if you ask me.

Nothing happened to the 29 gig because it never existed.

If you're talking about the 20 gb, then nothing. There are still some in stores. Not sure what the sales figures are for the 20 gb, but my gut feeling is that it's not selling as well as the 60 gb because it doesn't have the wi-fi capabilities.
