what would u say human nature is generally about? an accepted meaning of human nature?

human nature is about co existance and fitting in... its about social development, symbolism and belonging...

and believe me, everyone wants to belong...and it starts in the playground aged about 5... and some people spend a lifetime trying to fit in... and some spend it in the shadows... trying...

and theres the human nature where it says only the strongest survive..every man for himself and all that... its a myth. in times of great hardship and stress man looks to his fellow man and woman for support, we know we work better together, as a team... alone we are relatively powerless.. which is why we want to fit in.. and be a part of a greater collective community.

It's a phrase that is applied to behaviour while the phrase itself doesn't really define anything at all. You may as well ask "what is typical?".

If I had to define it, I would say:

That which makes us what we are, be it good or bad, that is a trait of the species rather than just the individual.

If it exists, presumably it is traits distinctive to humans and not other species, and also traits found in all humans, regardless of the society and era they live in.

is a humans natural instincts, like reproducing, hunting, a mother's instinct to take care of her kids, a man's instincts to build something. ect ect.
