Here's some backstory-- about a month ago I bought the car of my dreams-- a semi-restored 1971 CTX Mustang Convertable Twin Turbo Supersport. It's cherry red and everything. I'm probably going to work on it for the next few months with my dad (a MAJOR gearhead, lol) and get it turned into something really slick.

Fast forward to this week, my mom is apparently worried SICK over the car. She's convinced that it's "unsafe" and wishes I would get something "safer" (in other words, BOOORING) like a Honda Civic or something like that.

My best friend, Marc, has been having some girl trouble lately. His girlfriend of 6 years might be going away to college this summer, and he's really not sure what to do about it. I told him I'll be there for him, and we can go joyriding in the new 'Stang whenever we want, and he seems to have responded well to that.

Anyway, to sum up, I'm really not sure how to tell Brian about the financial concerns I have. Any ideas?

Thanx!

i could assume you meant you have 2 'housemates', no longer roommates. Roommates could recommend the three of you proportion the comparable room and for that reason could could desire to have keys for the comparable door. Your problem is related to the possibility of alternative persons having get entry to on your room inspite of your habit of locking it once you bypass away. no remember if it rather is real or basically your mind's eye, the subsequent appropriate flow you may make could be to alter the locks. Or, you may desire to instruct your suspicions by skill of setting up some digicam hidden someplace to your self. this could contain some attempt and price, yet no longer something beats having peace of thoughts.

1. write more clear to the point questions
2. try speaking to brian in a clear and to the point mannor.

What "financial concerns"? You didn't say anything about finances in your post.

Fact: the honda civic is not very safe in an accident.

Your ? doesn't make sense. You have financial concerns? Brian has to deal with his gf. If she leaves, it wasn't meant to be. He won't hold you to your promise.
