Same here. It's annoying. I try to go to sleep. Can't. Try again later. Then I'm awake worrying that if I don't fall asleep soon I never will. Or if I fall asleep I'll wake up late. Sometimes I just give up and stay awake all night. I hate Mondays.

i read in a cosmo girl magazine one time, if you cant sleep at night try not being on the computer or watching tv right before you go to bed. and lay in your bed for a while and if you cant go to sleep go into a different room. but dont turn on any lights and just go sit in that dark quiet room for about 20 minutes and then go back to your own bed. and that should trigger your brain that its time to go to sleep. hope this helps!

If you have a job maybe it's because you are dreading going to work the next day and are anxious about it or the same about going to school.....drink some herbal chamomile tea with a little honey in it before going to bed and that will help you sleep.

Me too. I don't wish to sleep due to work tomorrow...I used to have these weird feelings on Sunday nights...drinking helps that...
