I dated 3 guys for a period of no more than a few months before I found the one and that was just 20 years ago. I don't count dating as a relationship. So I would say one.

not many, about 4. I've had a lot of friends with benefits, though. The relationship i'm in right now is one that i want to last for the rest of my life, so all those people in the past aren't imortant to me.

I have only been in one serious relationship, and it is still going on. However, I have dated numerous people casually. But, why does it really matter? I am gay by the way.
