Isn't this a bad omen. This has happened to me on several occasions.

never heard of it as a bad omen, but you might try looking up on the web about 73 or so birds dropped dead at same time in Austin Tx couple months ago don't know if anyone was standing there though. Tests came back "died of natural causes" wow and the public stay unalarmed.
