i'm trying to learn how to create a chart for work with all my tools i'm new at this and try but don't understand computer

Best bet is a tutorial. Its really complicated to explain without writing 3 pages. Look For the tutorial.

Microsoft excel is the most widespread and thus most likely to provide help online. If you don't own it, you can get free versions of excel spin-offs...like openoffice (openoffice.org).
in general, a spreadsheet is a series of columns and rows that you input information into....could be numbers, could be words, dates etc.

There's a LOT of help at Microsoft Office on-line. There are all kinds of tutorials there that are free. ..... that's if you're using Excel.
