I am tired of being denied jobs because I don't have a high school education. What is worse that I can go sign up at a temp. agency and suddenly I become smart enough to work whereever they choose to send me--for 1/2 the pay! I have written several items for the Forgotten Ones and they can be viewed on my 360 page. Feel free to visit and comment.

That is why you only get half the pay because they have no plan on hiring you full time . I suggest you go back to school and get at least your grade 12 and a trade at least otherwise it will be a rough road for you later .

There are many jobs you don't need a high school diploma or GED for.
If you want to get a job that requires you to have one, the GED test isn't hard, and there are many organizations that offer you classes (even distance education) so you can get your high school diploma.
The job market is very tough. There are many people applying for a limited amount of jobs. Many people get overlooked because they don't have a high school diploma, but there are many that are overlooked because they are over-qualified for the job, and the organization doesn't want to have to pay a better wage for someone with great qualifications.
There are things that you can do to take care of your situation, even if you just go to a trades school.
I wish you well in your life.
