Yes, but,
The videos on youtube are usually very low quality, you could see a benefit from a video card on videos of higher quality,if you just want one for videos, you dont need a $100 card, $40 will get you a good one from walmart or bestbuy that will do just fine......Heres some links you can check out for the latest tv shows, great quality!
