I have two window AC units that need servicing for the summer but I have no clue as to what price I should be expecting.

these do no require service. If they don't work get new ones. 88.00 at WalMart for a 5000 BTU unit. HVAC companies do not service window units, only the big outside rooftop and ground mounted ones.
If you want to do the thing a favor, clean the coils and fins gently with a swiffer or vacuum. If it is not cooling it could be lack of refrigerant or a bad compressor, both way more expensive than a new one.

Depending how large they are, window units are serviceable.
You will be charged the same as if were a rooftop unit.

a single room AC can be bought new for under 100 bucks. Larger 220V models may be worth repairing if you know what needs to be done.

If they are not cooling forget it to expensive buy new
