How can I reprogram my Key pad in my explorer? Also, I have no owners manual because I bought it from a private dealer.

You will find the keyless entry system information on pages 74-76.
You will need the original manufacturers code to reprogram.
The original code (5 digits) is printed on the backside of the module that is located (I think) in the rear compartment where the jack is stowed. If you can't find it your local Ford dealer should be able to show it to you.( Bring proof of ownership with you)
