Yes, although there aren't many in circulation these days and it is rare to find a business which uses them, a $2 bill is worth $2 if you spend it someplace. You might be able to get a little more by selling it on EBay, however it really isn't worth more than $2.

It depends on what series it is and it's condition. A 1928B star note sells for around $25,000 in grade fine. A 2003 series sells for $4-$6 in top mint condition. So as you see, there is a large spread here. These are sell prices so dealers will pay less.

If they are from series 1976 or newer, they are worth $2.
If they are 1953 era Notes, they are worth more (depending on condition). If they are gold or silver notes they can be worth quite abit.
