I would definitaley say lip gloss because it stands out more with the shine.

I always wear lipgloss, either clear or with some colour tint in it. I don't like lipstick and/or lip liner.
They say in the warmer months to wear lip gloss and in the colder months wear lipstick because its not so much fun to keep pulling hair out of the lipgloss due to the wind.

def . lip gloss i am in love with my Covergirl lip gloss... it's the kinda that is a gloss and adds a special transparent gloss on top!!! it creates a perfect high end finish and it looks really ah-mazing !!!! plus i also love KISSKISS by guerlain... both r very good and look very sexy on!!!!!

dependson what look you want but my favorite thing to do to the lips is to wear a liner that is almost the color of my lips and just a thin covering of gloss.

don't matter just depends on your style and age. I believe that if you are a young person like 13 or something you need to be wearing lip gloss but. if you are an adult or an about to be an adult I feel as if you can wear either one.
