I want to get my Bach. AND Masters degree in the SAME school. What are good colleges for that? I NEED the college to be North Carolina.

UNC Chapel Hill is far and away the best state school in NC. It's actually one of the better state schools in the nation.
As you may already be aware, if you want to be a schoolteacher, it's best to get your degree in the state you want to live in afterwards. This is because while you are an undergraduate, the education faculty and advisors will put you on the path toward teaching certification, which is conferred by the state.
The UNC School of Education offers both bachelor's (one option is specifically in Middle Grades Education) and Master's degrees in Education. The graduate programs there are extremely reputable.
