Just put one in right before you go to bed, and as soon as you wake up, take it out and put another one in. (If you wake up at night to go to the bathroom, change it then)
I'm 22, and I've left some in longer than it says, and I'm okay.
My aunt is a mid-wife and she says... unless it's just very uncomfortable, or you get really bad cramps, or it hurts too much, then take it out. Otherwise your fine.

Yes you can, but it is better to wear a pad to give the tampon use a rest, don't use your tampons on light days or at night.
Tampons causes Toxic Shock Syndrome, I suffered from this at one time.

It's finr to wear one to bed. I do. But when you wake up in the morning you should put on a pad. If you alternate between pads and tampons you lower the risk of getting TSS.

Hi I believe it is safe but I personally think it is more comfortable to wear a pad to bed. which ever is more comfortable for you but if you are heavy i would wear only a pad not tampon because it would need to be changed quicker than regularly.I hope this helped you out.

it is safe as long as you sleep no longer than 8 hours. if you can't guarantee this, than it is best to not try. toxic shock syndrome will not occur in as little as 8 hours.
