www.everydayminerals.com sells a ton of diff shades of mineral foundation. I love their makeup. For the shadows tho I do frist prime my eyelids with Urban Decay's Lid Primer to keep the loose shadow in place. That stuff is awesome anyways.
I say try everydayminerals. You can even get free samples of three foundations, one blush and one concealer for the cost of shipping, its like 4 bucks. Its fast and great products.

To creating a dewy finish, you will need more than just foundation, combination between foundation and loose powder is important,
My suggestion is Make Up For Ever Face & Body, Revlon with softlex is good too.
Then dab a translucent loose powder like Loreal Translucide after it, then finish with Compact powder (dab, do not rub, application is important).
need more? email me ;p

tinted moisturizer, the one by Neutrogena. it's healthy and good for your skin. if you want a heavier coverage, use concealer first, and use a shimmering powder over top to even out the skin tone.
use a moisturizer under all makeup, makes you look radiant.
good luck!
