YES! In addition to that, get yourself a "Get out of jail" card from a Monopoly board game. Carry it with you and your drivers license. Don't show it to the cop right away.See what kind of mood he is in, if you're already crying, and he asks for license & registration, that's when you give him the card! It's worked 2 times ot of two for me. Good luck
