I am starting college soon and majoring in photography. Does anyone know if photoshop already comes on this computer. I have heard it does and doesn't. Any help would be great!

I agree with the above, get a MacBook. As a graphic artist I can tell you it is great for graphics and photography. I don't believe that Photoshop comes with the Mac but you can buy a student version and get a huge discount on its cost. Academic Superstore is one I've used when I was a student at http://www.academicsuperstore.com The Mac does come with iPhoto which has many of the same uses as Photoshop plus it can organize your photos.

Using a MAcbook has its pros and cons. As for me im majoring in computer security but i still use a Macbook cuz i just love the design anf graphic quality. So since ur majoring in a subject that needs high quality graphics,i suggest u get a macbook. but there are a few downsides. firstly, u cant use pirated softwares on it as its not compatible. secondly, most college students are microsoft users,so sharing and transfering documents and files can be quite troublesome cuz u need to convert them in order for it to work. and lastly,u'll need to get use to the user interface of the mac cuz its very different from windows.
