Try taking Tylenol, Midol never seems to work. Also, try laying with a heating pad, the heat will minimize the cramping.

Those mentrual heating pads you can get at CVS or Walgreens (near the foot stuff or somewhere) helped a great load. Or even a heating pad, press it on there, and just relax. A hot shower might even help.

The pill does help with cramps, I used to take it and it just illeminated the problem, but I dont know how old you are.

heating pads at night and when you wake up
chocolate (lol) and midol until your doctor can help you. try wearing looser clothes instead of really tight clothes. REST as much as possible!
good luck babe!

One thing you should do is stay away from caffein. That inhances the pain. I have used icy/hot on my abdomen to relax the muscles and also try drinking chamomile tea it works wonderfully.

Try Motrin, it works better. Also, exercise, a hot bath, a heating pad and stretching work. Exercise works best I find.
