I have all my song. I wrote them on my own. I LOVE music. I have everything in reach, I have Capital Records giving me an offer but I don't want my privacy printed on the cover of every magazine. But at the same time I want to show people my music. My father is my maneger. I am from the Tovar family my uncle just passed away (Rigo Tovar....mexican singer) no less than a year I don't want the media asking if I used my uncles death as a opportunity ....what should I do?

Go for it! Who cares if they make acusations that you are using your uncles death as opportunity. The music indusrty\media will always have something to say good or bad. Why blow a chance at a record deal because of what someone will say? Good luck!
