My sister is on bed rest and I need tips to help me survive her and her 2 year old son who's autistic!

make sure to spend some time for you each day. even if it's just a nice long shower before you go to bed at night. Try to remember that the situation is only temporary and that your doing it because you love your sister.

You're loaded down right now and things will be hectic but I am sure you can handle it for a few weeks. Just remember that you're doing a good deed and life is bound to pay you back in the future. Try getting into a daily routine, that will certainly help.

take a look in the mirror and say i love myself until you belive it and then tell sis your son is to much that she needs to find you some help or your leaving .nobody needs that kind of crap laid on them you dont need to have a nervous breakdown
