all over the place, do you know any links where I can look to find out if I am doing it properly it is a polar water cooler system? your help would be greatly appreciated:)

It is leaking all over the place from the bottom of the jug.

SAME THING HAP PEND TO ME THERE WAS A SMALL HOLE IN THE PLASTIC BOTTLE TRY DIFFERENT BOTTLE

sometimes it is the cap with the small hole you can either take the cap off completely or try another bottle also inside the machine there is a little funnel it is supposed to sit in the middle. if there is a funnel make sure that it is in place.Good Luck
