Well this is a very special two elections you are querying.Franklin Delano Roosevelt was elected president in 1932,re-elected in 1936.He was elected for a 3rd term in 1940 owing to the European war(this was the first time a president had been elected for a third term)He was again elected in 1944 for a forth term owing to the world war.
