We would be willing to start a business. We just don't want to start one where there are 100 others.

I suggest you stick with your current profession, if you like what you're doing. Coastal businesses are often seasonal, so you'll want to do some visiting and research it for yourself. Many coastal towns have been pretty much wiped out from hurricanes and could use whatever industry will come back in.

I was in Florida last year, and there were a lot of businesses in the coastal towns that I was already familiar with. One thing business owners need to be aware of is that the population of coastal towns sometimes fluctuates from that of "snow birds" (no offense intended) and vacationers to a few local residents, so the advertising and so on is going to be varied and so forth, depending on the size of the town and the location.

I suggest that you concentrate on something that most people need whether on vacation or not. This would be something that local residents will patronize year-round, as well as vacationers and others when the season opens.

Hope this goes well for you.

I have a business that you can start doing wherever you are and take with you to the coast. This is something you can do from anywhere, but it's always nice to get started with people you know. This is a company based on integrity, and you are able to get help with it, no matter where you are. I'm just a phone call away! Incomes of $10k-$20k/mo are definately not unusual.

Why restrict yourself to a business which works only at the coast, if you care to contact me through my profile I could show you an international business which can be operated from anywhere and which could bring all your dreams to reality.
